Group Fitness Classes

When you hear the word "Bootcamp" what images come to mind? A trainer standing over a group of people, yelling at them to squeeze out one more rep of a body weight exercise? Ballistic exercises aimed at accomplishing a sweaty t-shirt (and not much more)? With hundreds of group classes under my belt, I understand the value, but also the pit falls that can come with group training settings.

Here's what makes Cornerstone Group Fitness Classes different:

 

What we don't do

  • Judge someone for being a beginner
  • Ballistic movements that are high risk/low reward

What we do

  • Prioritize learning of fundamental form and bracing patterns
  • Incorporate exercises that are adjustable to the individual
