How Close are you to Self-Sufficiency?
This is ultimately the question that must be answered when considering hiring a trainer or coach. Instead of the typical trainer business model of trying to retain clients and keep them dependent, I am flipping paradigm upside down. I "kick you out of the nest" in as few of sessions as possible. If that sounds like something you are interested in, please consider reading through my website.
Why Choose CTS?
My role as a strength coach is to create a protocol that balances effectiveness and adherence. I offer training/programming that can fit into any life-style and travel schedule. I train my clients with the intent of creating habits that will last a life-time.
I integrate "solo training sessions" as soon as possible, and will be there for your accountability only for as long as you need it, or want it.
A lot of my value comes from my ability to teach excellent technique in the movements that provide the largest return on investment. In order to minimize risk in training, you must have spine stabilization through proper abdominal bracing, and you need to move in a way that best loads your body based on your individual anthropometry.
I have a decade of experience training with these compound movements, and over the last three years I have taught these movements to hundreds of athletes and clients. After working with me you will be able to move with confidence.
The ability to exert force on an external resistance is a quality that should be trained as long as the benefits out-weigh the risks. With a foundation of proper form, the risks are few and the benefits out-perform any other modality of training when it comes to return on investment.
I by no means have re-invented the wheel when it comes to training and programming, I have merely done my due diligence in finding the best available resources.
